		<description>I've used the open-source OTRS system in the past for keeping track of problems.  It has a"customer" display, which does something similar.  

It's a bit ugly though and a bit tricky to set up.   It needs works...and a graphical designer.  It's obviously skewed towards programmers who like lots and lots of choices. 

That being said, it is open and free.

If Liblime has a ticket tracking system it might have a customer page if you hunt around.</description>
