		<description>Kete does include a form of social bookmarking, though not called that, as a part of its feature set.

Users can submit web links with descriptions to a Kete site.  They can be browsed, tagged, searched within, etc.  You may also relate them to a topic or post comments about them.

In Kete 1.1 this can be totally open to the public, or private to a particular set of members.

You can do the same sorts of things with images, video, audio, and documents.
